Return & Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility to return the product and be reimbursed for the costs incurred.

The right of withdrawal is in any case excluded in relation to:

  • Clearly customised goods or packaging;
  • Products subject to deterioration or with a short expiry date;
  • Products that have been damaged, partially used, or where the seal has been interfered with or opened.

How to return orders

Agrivello will manage the collection of the goods by an agreed express courier at the agreed address. Carefully pack the package for return (in the presence of fragile items it is advisable to insert newspaper or other protective material) and insert inside it a copy of the delivery note (or invoice, if required). You may only use the same box in which you received the goods or, if the latter is no longer suitable, **one of the** **same dimensions and characteristics**.

Seal the box so that the courier receives a package suitable for transport.

The maximum period for reimbursement by **Agrivello** is 14 working days from the day of receipt of the products.

In case that during the online purchase the threshold to qualify for free shipping was exceeded, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount when the refund is made.

How the refund is made

The deadline for reimbursement by Agrivello is 14 days from the day of receipt of the products. Refunds are made by direct credit through the same payment instrument used for the purchase.

Should you receive damaged goods or goods that do not conform to your order, please notify us within 5 working days at shop@agrivello.it quoting “damaged items” or “non-conforming items” in the subject line of the email and attaching photographic evidence.
